How to use our patches?
Place one CBD Relax patch on a dry, hairless area around the affected area or upper arm.
Slightly press the patch onto the skin for about 5 seconds.
Remove the CBD patch after 12-36 hours or once the ink has faded.

I use these patches nightly. My sleep has much improved since I started using them (I use them along side the Bach night essence spray also sold by A.C.C). When I first started using them I got vivid dreams for a few nights, but I think this is due to being sensitive to lavender oil. After I got use to them the vivid dreams calmed down.
