Refund Policy
1. Refunds are at the discretion of Cheds CBD Oils LTD.
2. Unopened items may be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
3. No refunds are available for Whole Plant Extracts/Paste due to the lack of tamper-proof seals.
4. Damaged or defective products have a 14-day warranty.
Conditions of Use
1. Products from Cheds CBD Oils LTD. may cause sedation or stimulation. Do not drive or operate heavy machinery if you feel tired after using this product.
2. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
3. Our products may interact with prescription medications. Please consult your doctor before use, as we cannot be held responsible for any adverse reactions or conflicts.
4. The recommended dosage is for adults only; children require a significantly lower dose. Do not give children the adult dosage.

Delivery Policy
UK orders are shipped via recorded delivery with tracking and signature, and are expected to arrive within 2 to 3 days. International orders are shipped via Airmail, a tracked and signed service, with delivery times ranging from 3 to 14 days.
Items are dispatched from Monday to Saturday.
Cheds CBD Oils Ltd is not responsible for any customs fees or delays. Delivery times are determined by local couriers or any third parties involved in the shipping process.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to restrict sales to any individual.

The images used by the entrepreneur are accurate representations of the products and services. Obvious mistakes and errors do not bind the entrepreneur.
The Agreement
The agreement is finalised, subject to the provisions in paragraph 4, at the moment the consumer accepts the offer and meets the conditions.br/p><p>In case of a length transaction, the previous clause is only applicable for the first delivery.
Right of Withdrawal
Deliverance of products:
After purchasing products, the consumer has the possibility to disband the agreement without giving reasons within 14 days. The cooling-off period starts on the day after the consumer receives the product or a pre-designated representative, as made known to the entrepreneur.
During the cooling-off period, the consumer must treat the product and its packaging carefully. He shall unpack or use the product only to that extent, as far as it is necessary to judge if he wishes to keep the product. If he does want to execute the right of withdrawal, he shall return the product with all accessories and -if reasonably possible- in the original condition and packaging to the entrepreneur, in accordance with the provided reasonable and clear instructions of the entrepreneur.
Deliverance of Services:
After the delivery of services, the consumer has the option to terminate the agreement without providing reasons within at least 14 days, commencing on the day the agreement is entered into.
In order to execute the right of withdrawal, the consumer must abide by the reasonable and clear instructions provided by the entrepreneur at the offer or finally at the deliverance of the service.
Withdrawal Costs
If the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal, they will have to pay no more than the costs of returning the product.
If the consumer has made a payment, the entrepreneur shall refund this amount as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days after the repeal or upon return shipment.
Exclusion Right of Withdrawal
The entrepreneur can exclude the right of withdrawal of the consumer for as long as foreseen in paragraphs 2 and 3. The exclusion of the right of withdrawal applies only if the entrepreneur has clearly mentioned this at least in time before the conclusion of the agreement.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal is only possible for the following products:
1. Which are established by the entrepreneur according to the specifications of the consumer
2. That they are clearly personal in nature
3. Which cannot be returned because of their nature
4. That can spoil or age quickly
5. Whose price is bound to fluctuation on the financial market, over which the entrepreneur has no influence

2. The consumer’s right to terminate the agreement when the price increase takes effect.
All prices in the offer include VAT.
Conformity and Guarantees
The entrepreneur guarantees that products and services meet the agreement, match the specified offer, fulfil reasonable expectations, and ensure quality and usability. They also comply with relevant legal and government regulations as of the establishment date. If agreed, the product may be suitable for other uses.
Any guarantees provided by the entrepreneur, manufacturer
not affect the consumer’s rights and claims under the agreement.
Delivery and Execution
The entrepreneur is responsible for managing orders and assessing service applications with diligence. The delivery address provided by the consumer is the final one.
All orders will be fulfilled within 14 days unless a more extended period is explicitly agreed upon. In the event of delays or issues, the consumer will be notified within three days and may terminate the agreement at no additional cost.
If delivery is impossible, the entrepreneur will provide a suitable replacement, and return shipping costs will be covered by the entrepreneur. The risk of damage or loss lies with the entrepreneur until delivery to the consumer or their authorised representative.
Payments
Payment is due immediately unless an alternative agreement has been made.
Complaints**
The entrepreneur has a clear complaints procedure in place to address all complaints effectively.
