We use Royal Mail for our delivery services within the UK and overseas. Although 99.9% of the time our service is reliable, there are occasions when issues can arise. Below is the procedure to follow to help ensure your order is located and delivered as quickly as possible.

Recently, we have observed significant backlogs and delays in postal services in certain areas. This advice will remain in effect until all virus restrictions are lifted.

If you place your order before 2 PM on a weekday, it will be processed and dispatched the same day. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number, so please check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see it.

Parcels typically arrive within 48 business hours in the UK. However, with a tracked service, delivery can take up to 3 days on average. If your order hasn’t arrived after 3 working days, please check the tracking. If it’s still in transit, there may not be an update, but it’s likely to arrive soon.

If you’re in the UK and haven’t received your order after 7 days, please follow these steps:

1. First, contact your local Royal Mail sorting office and provide them with your tracking number. They can help locate and deliver your parcel, which works for most customers.

2. If Royal Mail cannot find your parcel, please email us at Info@Anothercbdcompany.com 

Important: Make sure to include your name and order number in your email.
