We use Royal mail as our UK and OverSeas delivery service and although 99.9% of the time the service is reliable sometimes things can go wrong so this is the procedure to ensure your order is found and delivered as soon as possible.
We have noticed recently that there are huge backlogs and delays with post in some areas, and the following advice will stand until all virus restrictions are lifted.
If your order is placed before 2pm on a weekday, it will be processed and dispatched the same day, and you will be send emails to confirm shipping along with your tracking number. Sometimes these emails will end up in your spam or junk folder.
Generally your parcel will arrive with you within 48 business hours to the UK, however when using tracked service despite the name it can take up to 3 days to be delivered on average, if your order is not with you after 3 working days please check the tracking. If your parcel is still in transit, there will be no update on the Royal Mail system, and it will most likely arrive within a few days.
OK , I am in the UK, its been 7 days and my order has not arrived, what can I do?
In the first instance we advise that you contact your local Royal Mail sorting office with your tracking number and ask them to locate and deliver your parcel We know that this works for most customers. If Royal Mail cannot locate your parcel, then, Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org important It is important that you include your name and order number with your email.
If you are overseas, we are really sorry, but we are aware of parcels only just leaving the UK which were shipped the middle of December.
Although far from ideal we hope this will help those customers with missing orders get them faster.
